The ARES® Retaining Wall System marries geogrid reinforcement with pre-cast concrete panel facing units. A variety of treatments can be applied to the facing panels to achieve unique aesthetic looks and effects.
The components of the ARES wall system include:
- Tensar soil reinforcement geogrids which create a reinforced soil mass
- ARES steel-reinforced precast concrete panels
- Full-height concrete panels delivered directly to your construction site with geogrid reinforcement cast into the panel at predetermined elevations and spacing
- Full engineering and construction support services
One of the key advantages of the ARES Retaining Wall System is that full-height panels can be delivered, erected and braced in one operation. This allows the backfilling process to proceed at its own schedule, unaffected by the schedules of wall facing delivery and installation.
