Concrete Revetment systems are an effective erosion control solution that provides scour protection and/or energy dissipation in high-flow, high-scour applications. These systems can be hand placed or pre-assembled into mats.
A-Jacks®
A-Jacks armour units are assembled into a continuous, flexible matrix which provides protection against high velocity flows. Applications for A-Jacks include shoreline stabilization, stream and riverbank restoration, energy dissipation, bridge scour protection and habitat creation.
Armorflex®
Armorflex precast concrete blocks are cabled into pre-assembled mats and lifted into place to provide flexible, stable protection in high-flow, high-scour applications. Armorflex applications include channel lining, shoreline protection, boat ramps, pipeline and cable protection and bridge abutment protection. Armorflex is also used as an energy dissipater / splash pad in containment applications. Armorflex, with a site-specific geotextile filter, allows hydrostatic pressure relief and the establishment of vegetation.
Fabric Formed Concrete Revetments
Fabric Formed Concrete Revetments are the result of pumping a highly fluid concrete mix into double layered, high strength woven geosynthetic. Mattress panels are placed in areas to be protected and then injected with a sand/cement grout mix.
