Weed Control Fabric
Nilex's durable, tear-resistant geotextile Weed Control Fabrics are used to separate soil-mulch and soil-gravel layers and control weed growth.
Root Control Barrier
Our modular Root Control Barrier panels keep tree roots from disturbing sidewalks, roads and pathways.
Weed Control Fabric
Nilex Weed Control Fabric creates a barrier that inhibits weed growth while allowing air, nutrients and water to reach plant root systems. In slope and retaining wall applications, landscape fabrics prevent soil erosion and help keep mulch and gravel in place.
Weed control fabric is made of durable, UV stabilized, tear-resistant geotextile fabric, which separates soil-mulch and soil-gravel layers while blocking sunlight to control weed growth. Weed control fabrics reduce the need for chemical herbicides and “manual” weed control.

Root Control
Nilex Root Control panels redirect tree roots away from hardscapes such as sidewalks, patios, driveways and utilities preventing costly root damage while preserving the health and beauty of new and mature trees.
Nilex Root Control material is available in a variety of widths and thicknesses. The root control material is rigid enough to stand without support in a trench while flexible enough to wrap around corners, pipes and other difficult installation sites.
